High-grade brain tumors (glioblastoma) and brain metastasis are the two most common intra-axial brain tumors in adults. There is high clinical importance to differentiating between these two types of brain cancer, because prognosis, treatment and therapeutic implications are different for each. This study shows that a radiomic signature is more accurate than standard visual identifiers and biopsy results.
