Chinese program shows CT lung screening programs spot stage I cancer earlier

Academic Radiology reports a large-scale CT (computed tomography) lung screening program in China detected a higher proportion of early-stage lung cancers than did comparable trials in the U.S. and Europe, even though the population included relatively young, nonsmoking adults.
